This short guide outlines what can be learned from states which have achieved prohibition in all settings, including the home, with a particular emphasis on the drafting of prohibiting legislation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The guide is intended to support all those engaged in promoting and carrying out law reform to prohibit all corporal punishment. It explains what is required in the drafting of prohibiting legislation using examples from states which have achieved reform.
